Technical characteristics of ceramic brick
Ceramic brick has several varieties: building brick, which is called ordinary, ordinary, full -bodied, hollow brick – “economical”, “self -supporting”, “hole”, facing – facial, which in itself has many subspecies.
All types of bricks can also be combined: for example, facade brick can be either hollow or full -bodied, and a shaped brick can perform the functions of both facing and construction brick. In their texture and faces, pumpkin and spoon, bricks can be both smooth and with a corrugated surface.
Ceramic brick is used in the construction of fireplaces and furnaces. And specifically for the part of the surface that will interact with open fire, fireproof brick is used.
