Filling the window opening is not limited only to installing a plastic window. An important role in terms of energy conservation is also played by plastic slopes for windows, which people often recall last (if they remember at all). In addition, it is a mistake to believe that the slopes made under the old windows are suitable for new. This is not at all so, because the thickness of the plastic window is significantly smaller than a wooden. As a result: after the installation of plastic windows, in the opening there is always a defect, not only a “cutting” eye, but also leading to heat loss in winter and to its penetration in the summer.
From the point of view of aesthetics, as well as savings, owners of plastic windows almost immediately after installing them, order the decoration of slopes. But in this case, the customer is faced with the problem: “Which slope to choose?”To avoid this and give time for thoughts, below, for familiarization, the main types of slopes are given.
So, the cheapest (does not mean high -quality) option – ordinary plaster. This, let’s say, a station wagon that is suitable for decoration of any type of buildings. But the plaster has a significant drawback, which consists in its poor thermal insulation, as a result: the formation of condensation around the window in the winter season. This problem can be partially solved with the help of various heater, but this, again, is additional costs of forces and means.
